PARTY AT THE PALACE REFUND POLICY
The £20 deposit is cannot be refunded or deferred but your place may be transferred to someone else. The only exception to this would be in the case of event cancellation when deposits are either deferred to another event or refunded.
If you have paid in full, this is refundable (less the £20 deposit) until 1st December 2021. After that date it is is non-refundable but your place may be transferred to someone else. The reason for this is: (1) we pay the hotel in advance due to our group reserving a high volume of rooms; (2); we base our teachers/DJ costs and other overheads on the numbers booked during the lead up to the event; and (3) if we refunded attendees within a few months of the event, we cannot re-sell their places and the event would not be viable.
In the event of the event being officially cancelled by the Scottish Government or by the venue due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we will offer you a full refund or a transfer your place to the new event (that would be your choice). Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds or deferments for changes in personal circumstances.
